(Thus leaving plenty for the use of un-politicully-minded citizens). 2. Then take five hours (6 p.m. to to 11 p.m.) broadcasting time from the 12 stations for five days (Sept. 20th to Sept. 24th inclusive, 1043), thus taking 300 hours of air-space in all. 3. Now take the names of 300 candidates approx, (should they care to pay; working costs), and place them in a balloting “bowl,” then drawing lots for times and stations in accordance with the established rules for democraticalty-controlled contests. 4. “Garnishing.” (a) It may bo a good idea to divide stations and candidates into four equal parts (approx.) to facilitate quick and even “baking”; (b) Retain J 6 J.’sP. (three for each station to give candidates a choice of referees); (c) Referees to'control candidates on Constitutional, i.e., Parliamentary Rules, plus Censorship Rules. (But with no second warning for breaches); (d) Further “trimmings” (if required) as agreed upon democratically. 5. Each candidate, having drawn his “plum” of air-space, can use it, exchange it, give (NOT SELL) it to his Party leader, etc., as lie so desires. It’s his “space” to use as best he can. LADIES! Should wo tolerate in our “Household” for a single day longer than is necessary, a “Cook’’ incapaulc of using or rexusing to use this simple “recipe” (with the aid of our splendid utensils) for the benefit of us all?
