(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Sept. 3. The United States Navy Secretary, Colonel Prank Knox, to-day said that more than one-third of the Japanese cargo tonnage existing before the outbreak of the war and acquired since had been sunk. The Allies had sunk more than 2,500,000 tons in the Paciflc.
