Mr. T. L. Scddon presided at a sitting of tho Palmerston North Armed Forces Appeal Board and associated with him were Messrs W. Sutherland and A. Grigor. Mr. H. J. Worthington represented the Crown. Ramsay, bank accountant, appeals by Bank of New South Wales, Ltd.; E. F. Moody, bank official, appeal by Union Bank of Australia, Ltd.; A. H. C. Steward, teller, J. A.
