Complimentary Presentation
On Thursday, the Mayor, Air. S. J. Judd, Messrs R. Merrie and W. A. Carthevv, of the Farewell Committee of the Patriotic (Society, journeyed to the railway station to bid farewell to Pte. S. AI. Matthews, son of Mr. P. J. Aiatthews, of Marima. Pte. Matthews had boarded the train at Mangamaire and alighted to receive the customary presentation from Mr. Judd and the best wishes of the district conveyed by the fare welling party.
