Withdrawal Now a Retreat
Received Saturday, 1 a,m. LONDON, Feb. 26.
The Axis withdrawal in Central Tunisia is now described as a retreat. The Kasserine Pass which was the lifeline of the recent German advance, is now firmly in Allied hands and British and American forces are in contact with the enemy falling back in the flat country to the east.
