Serious Explosions in Oslo AFTERMATH OF QUISLING INSTALLATION United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Wednesday, 8.30 p.m. LONDON, Feb. *. German troops have been rushed to Oslo where they are patrolling the streets following explosions and fires at the east and west stations, says the Daily Telegraph’s Stockholm correspondent. The explosions occurred when special trains filled with Quisling supporters were about to leave after Quisling’s installation as Prime Minister. The areas near the stations were immediately cordoned and everybody inside the cordons questioned. Twentyfive were arrested. The extent of the damage is not known, but it is believed to be serious. Many civilians were in jured during further disturbances.
