LONDON, Jan. 24. Moscow radio, quoting the Soviet 'Pass Agency’s Lisbon correspondent, says that two divisions of potential German "fifth columnists” have already been formed in Portugal from the German colony of 20,000, with stores of arms and ammunition in hidden dumps along tho Portuguese frontier with Spain.
