WELLINGTON, Jan. 26. The Strike and Lock-out Emergency, Regulations, 1939, Amendment No. J; gazetted to-night, provides that every person who has committed or shall hereafter commit an offence against these regulations shall be liable ou summary conviction (a) In the case of an individual to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to a fine not exceeding £SO; (b) in the case of a bodv corporate to a fine not exceeding £2OO.
