Finland Rejects Britain’s Note

LONDON, Dec. 5. A Vichy News Agency despatch irom Helsinki states that Finland his rejected Britain’s Note demanding the withdrawal of her troops Before December 5 to her 1939 frontiers. A message from London announced that this week Britain sent Notes to Hungary, Rumania and Finland declaring that if these countries wished to avoid a further cletenoration iu the relations between Britain and their Governments, they must immediately change their attitude. Replies were demanded to-day but have not yet been received
