Finnish Answer to America Delayed

Received Sunday, 7.30 p.ra. STOCKHOLM, Nov. 8.

It is expected that the Finnish answer to the United States will probably be delayed for some time as the result of a request from the Social Democrats for a secret session of the Riksdag. The Finnish press, discussing possible peace terms, stresses the demand for the restoration of Hanko. A virtual armistice, it is reported, already exists in the Karelian Isthmus-Lake Ladoga region.
