Canada to Ration Gasoline

OTTAWA, Nov. 8.

The Supply Minister (Mi. Howe) announced that Canada would soon ration gasoline. He said Canada's crude and refined oil requirements for the coming year would be at least 64,000,000 barrels compared with 54,000,000 barrels in 1940.
