CAUCUS DISCUSSIONS Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Oct. 7. No decision on whether a general election will be held was apparent today. Immediately following caucuses of both the Government and the Opposition, the leaders of both sides said that they had nothing to report. The Government caucus lasted considerably longer than the Opposition, and when it adjourned shortly after 3 p.m., the Prime Minister, the Rt. lion. P. Fraser, said that the caucus discussed the election question and the war situation, but no decision was arrived at. Caucus might possibly meet again today. The Leader of the Opposition, Mr. S. G. Holland, after the Opposition caucus, said that there was nothing to report. _____________
