Newspaper reports that the Japanese are entering Thailand in increasing numbers and are seen thronging the parks, restaurants and the more expensive seats iu cinemas which were formerly occupied by Europeans.

It is officially denied that Britain has demanded the control of the railway to Aranyaprades, 150 miles east of Bangkok.
