'With them, William Clingan Fraser, also a waterside worker, aged 33, was charged with receiving stolen property. All three accused pleaded guilty. Asking for a remand until August 19, Deteetive-Sergeant Hall said the charges arose out of pillaging on the wharves, and the offences were serious in the case of Duffy, who admitted having stolen good valued at £ls.
