Japanese Army Appointments

Lieutenant-General Heishiro Itagaki has been promoted to general and appointed commander of the army in Korea. Lieutenant-General Hayao Tada has been promoted to general and nominated to the War Council. General Ikamura has been appointed commander of the North China Army, while General Kotaro N'akamura nas been admitted to the War Council.
