W.E.A. Public Lecture
A public lecture organised by the W.E.A. Community Centre for Adult Education will be held in the Theosophical Hall, Church Street, on Saturday May 24 when Professsor L. Lipsou will give a talk on the foreign policy of the U.S.A. Professor Lipson holds the chair of political science at Victoria University College and has made a special study of American institution.-* and policies. He is well known in Palmerston North, having taken part in the recent university extension course on “Totalitarianism” which created so much interest.
