LONDON, Alay 21. The Berlin News Agency says that the Vichy Cabinet met in Paris for the first time last night, Admiral Darlan presided. Tho Vichy radio says that Admiral Darlan has dismissed M. Henri Sellier, mayor of Suresnes, in the Seine Department, of which he was also senator, because of his open hostility to the work of national renovation. Darlan said that similar steps would be taken against all municipal officers hostile to Marshal Petain.
