The Daily Express says that Russia and Germany are believed to be beginning negotiations fcr a complete military alliance. Stalin. H iz reported, desires this as a means of staving off the threat to Soviet interests, which is envisaged in the German conquest of Europe., The Daily Mail agrees that Russia and Germany are negotiating for a full alliance, and adds: “On the outcome of the preliminary discussion.' depends the possibility of Hitler and Stalin meeting. Hitler’s plan of world domination includes the peaceful penetration of Russia by political pressure.”
