Received Monday, 9.20 p.m. NEW YORK, May 11. The New York Times correspondent at Budapest says the German army of occupation in Serbia is systematically looting Serbians and foreigners including Americans. Homes throughout tho country have been sacked to the last shred of clothing, potatoes and bread.
