The Labour Campaign

Readers are advised elsewhere in this issue of the furtherance of Labour’s municipal campaign, and Terrace End electors will have an opportunity to-morrow (Saturday) evening of hearing the candidates advance their claims to support. Mr. C. R. (Mick) Murphy, the Mayoral candidate, will deal with the. management of various council departments, and in urging some change in policy will answer some of the criticism that has been levelled against his candidature. The meeting will be under the capable chairmanship of Mr. G. A. Brown, and will be addressed also by Mr. J. Hodgens, Mrs. Bennett, j Mrs. Harrod and Mr. B. Salmons, 1 Labour candidates for City Council 1 seats.
