Tho third of a scries of six public lectures ou a wide range of educational subjects organised by tho W.E.A. Cora munity Centro for Adult Education will be held in the Theosophical Hall, Church Street, on Saturday evening, May 10, at 8 p.m., when Mr. S. It. Morrison, M.A., will discuss the problems of “Race Conflict in the Pacific.” The speaker, who is a W.E.A. tutor in the Taranaki area and is a well-known anthropologist, has made a deop study of the land tenure systems of the primitive peoples of the Pacific as well as the complex racial problems which hare arisen in the South Sea Islands,
