Women’s War Service Auxiliary

Members of the Women’s War Service Auxiliary have been asked to assemble at the corner of Albeit and Pahiatua Streets at 9.30 this morning, armed with soft rags and polishing material (oil and vinegar) in order to assist their less fortunate sisters whose tiomes have suffered the ravages of the flood. A notice appears in this issue that registrations may be made at the Home Guard office when the W.W.S.A. office, Coleman Place, is not open.
