Huge Consignment of Enemy Planes for Argentine

(British Official Wireless.) Received Sunday, 9.20 p.m. RUGBY, April 26. Model aeroplanes to the surprising number of 73,264 are now on their way from British manufacturers to the Argentine. It is the biggest consignment which has ever gone to South America and an interesting’ example of the varietj\ of British war-time industry. It includes flying models made up accurately to scale, with powerful motors enabling them to fly 300 feet. There are representatives of the Spitfire, Avenger, Imp, Vickers Wellesley, Puss Moth and mail plane and interceptor, one of tho latter having Argentine markings.
