The National Club’s weekly dance for members of the Forces was held on Thursday and there was a very good attendance. The hostesses were Mesdames C. Hayward, J. G. Grimshaw, Rawcliffe, Driver, H. Seifert, L. Bale, J. H. Whyte and Miss M. Murray, and the pianists were Misses Algie, P. King, T. Thomson and members of the Forces. Competitions were won by Misses J. Moore and R.
