New Zealand Minister For United States
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 19, The decision of the United States and New Zealand Governments to exchange Ministers is announced by the Prime Minister, Mr P, Fraser. He says that it will still further promote cordial relations and contribute to the maintenance and development, of those relations between the United States and the whole British Commonwealth. New Zealand was following the example of other Dominion Governments, and the arrangements did not denote any departure from the principle of the diplomatic unity of the Commonwealth.
