Mussolini Meets His Ministers
ROME, Jan. 4. The Council of Ministers, presided over by. Mussolini, met at 10 a.m. and adjourned at 1.30 p.m. after approving various wartime decrees, including the doubling of pensions for war widows and orphans. The Council will meet again on January 7 to discuss the national Budget.
