DELIVERY OF THE “TIMES” ARRANGEMENTS IN ADVANCE Preparations for holidays away from home should include instructions for delivery of the “Times” to the temporary address. Owing to the paper shortage, agents receive supplies only sufficient for regular subscribers, aud visitors to popular resorts will not be able to obtain copies of the “Times” unless they have made arrangements in advance. Written instructions should be given to runner or agent or sent to the “Times” publishing department, stating the address to which tho paper is to be sent and for what period. Delivery may be made at any agency of the “Times,” to which payment should be made. If the paper is to be posted, payment should accompany’ the order, at the rate of Is a week, with 3d a wee* for postage.
