This amount which does not include the private donatious of the staff to the various appeals, has been distributed between the following:—Local Red Patriotic Fund, Soldiers’ Parcels, Carnival f und, War Expenses Fund and includes a donation of £l7 30a to tho Christmas Cheer Fund of the Otaki Children’s Health Camp. The result of the various competitions are as follows:—Handkerchiefs, Margaret Treder; silk stocking*, Mrs. Shirley j towels, Mr-*. A. J. Wills; chocolates, Miss N. Moriarty; slippers, Dr. li B. Watson; crystal va**, Mr*. A. J. Wills; Christmas cake, Mr. J. Evans.
