Minister Farewelled

At the close of the Prepffij’tcrian Church service at Wood Street on Sunday evening Rev. and Mrs. Allan Baxter were farewelled by a large and appreciative congregation, on behalf ot whom Rev. J. Hubbard, M.A., 8.D., presented them with a handsome log box and a wall mirror. Mr. P. D. Clark and Mr. J. Macleod voiced the feelings of all present by thanking Mr. Baxter for his wholehearted service among them and for the inspiration all had received during his period of ministry among them. Mr. W. B. Tennent spoke on behalf of St. Andrew’s session, congratulating Mr. Baxter on the great work he | had achieved at Wood Street. He said ' all would pray that God would bless | Rev. and Mrs. Baxter as they entered ! into a new field of service at Apiti.
