Received Sunday, 7.30 p.m. SHANGHAI, Dec. 14.

The Dcwnei News Agency correspondent, in a message from Luikuug islands, states that Japan has handed over to Nanking nine Chinese warships which were captured at the beginning of the Chinese-Japanese war. “After forty years of British control Luikuug is again a Chinese naval station.”
