TALKS WITH JAPANESE POSTPONED Received Friday, 10.30 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 26. “Prlj Nederland,” the Dutch newspaper published In London, says the ! talks between Dutch East Indies offlcials sod Japanese trade delegates have been postponed while experts draw np special reports on economic questions raised In the negotiations. The Japanese declared that the Three-Power Pact has not affected ' their relations with the Dutch Indies, hut the population are talcing no chances.
