Some members preferred that the club should be opened on a Saturday. Resignations and New Members. The resignations of Mrs. Anscombe, Miss M. Naughton, Mrs. Gupwell and Mr. and Mrs. Casey were accepted. I It was decided that all prospective 'members should bo nominated in writing by two members of the club and they themselves should also sign the 1 nomination form. Mrs. Heayns asked how many vacancies there were for membership. Upon checking the roll it was found that there were still vacancies. Mr. Brechin asked whether the club was content with the present maximum of 90. Mr. L. J. Heayna thought the membership should be restricted. After some discussion, it was fouud the club rules made the limit 90 so that no alteration could be made at this meeting.

The chairman paid tribute to Mias Naughton’s work as treasurer and moved a vote of thanks to her for these services and for her donation of a guinea.
