Headmaster’s Departure

MR. AND MRS. J. S. McBEAN LEAVE FOR WELLINGTON SERVICES RECOGNISED Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Mcßean left Wood* vills yesterday by ear for Wellington where Air. Mcßean will take up his new appointment at the Wilford School. At the recent meeting of the Woodville School Committee Mr. Mcßean was farewelled, the Mr. R. R. Johnston thanking him for his service® to the school and wishing both Mr. and Mrs. Alcßean happiness in their new sphere. Prior to his departure Mr. Mcßean was entertained at morning tea by the members of the school staff when he was the recipient of a presentation. He was also presented with a set of hair brushes from Form 3 of the High School and with a pipe, and handkerchiefs for Mrs. Mcßean from standard 6.
