Japan Pretests at Arrests at Singapore
TOKIO, Sept. 24. The Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Oliasi, to-day summoned the British Ambassador, .Sir Robert Craigie, and protested against the recent, errest of six Japanese at Singapore.
