At tho annual meeting of the New Zealand Employ ers ’ Federation yesterday Mr. B. Sutherland, of Wellington, was elected president in succession of Mr. W. Machin, of Christchurch. Mr. J. A .C. Allum* of Auckland, was elected vice-president, and Mr. G. W. Morgan, Wellington, was re-clectcd treasurer. Tho meeting placed on record its appreciation of Mr. Machin’s services as president during the past year.
