Rumanian Police Kidnap British Messenger
BUCHAREST, Aug. 7. Rumaniau plain-clothes police kidipped the British. Legation messenger
and threatened to shoot him unless ho agreed to supply daily a list of the legation’s visitors. The legation has demanded an inquiry. The messenger was released, bat Rumanian officials say there is no evidence that his story is true.
