High Sheep .'rices The best preices for fat sheep for over three years were paid at the Frankton stock salo on Tuesday. The entry was the smallest this year, and this fact, combined with the presence of a large bench of buyers, served to stimulate the demand. Competition was keen throughout the sale. Top quality wethers showed a rise of 6s a head on last week’s values, and other classes showed similar improvement. A number of pens made over 40s, selling readily to 435, against the top price of 37s last week. Ewes were also keenly sought, realising up to 325, a rise of 3s 6d on last week's values.
