French Diplomat Suspended

VICHY, July 9.

The French Foreign Office announces that M. Cambon, French Charge d’Affaires in London, who handed in hi; resignation after delivering the French protest against the British naval action at Oran, has been provisionally suspended. His request to be placed on the retired list has been refused.
