(To tho Editor.) Sir, —May wo onco again through ! tho columns of your paper appeal to tho citizens of Palmerston North and disjtrict for the Willard Home? On SaturJ day next at 2.30 p.m. we celebrate the '2otli anniversary of the home, and we would welcome all who arc interested in our work to meet us at the homo on that day. In past years the people of tho district have given valuable help in gifts which mean so much in the upkeep of the home. The matron has made up the list of gifts which are really needed. There are 30 children in the home at present and the requirements are as follow: Tea towels, bath towels, sheets, pillow cases, mending wools, groceries of all kinds, clothes pegs and door mat, crockery and second-hand white quilts.
