Feilding Hockey Association
EXECUTIVE MEETS The executive of the Feilding Hockey Association met on Tuesday evening, when an invitation to send a women.’s team and senior and junior men’s teams to Napier was accepted. Fixtures were drawn up as follow: Second Saturday: Wanderers v. Marton, at Feilding, at 3 p.m.; Huia v. Kin Ora, at Onepuhi, at 3 p.m. Third Saturday: Huia v. Morton, at Feilding, at 3.p.m:; Wanderers v. Kia Ora, at Onepuhi, 81 3 p.m. Permission was granted a women’s team to play in the Manawatu Association’s district, commencing on Saturday. It was decided that women players should meet ou Thursday evenings. It was reported that arrangements for the King’s Birthday tournament were well in hand and that entries were still being received.
