WITH YUGOSLAVIA AND BRITAIN United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Sunday, 9.20 p.m. MOSCOW, April 20. The Tass Agency announced that the Soviet had agreed to Yugoslavia’s proposal to begin trade treaty negotiations. A Y'ugoslav delegation will shortly go to Moscow for this purpose. A London cablo states that Lord Halifax informed M. Maisky (Soviet Ambassador) that the British Government had considered his suggestion for trade talks and was prepared to discuss whether thero was a basis for an agreement which would take account of the 'war situation.
