Social Security Revenue
According to the latest issue of the Abstract of .Statistics, the revenue received by the Social Security Fund for the ten months ended January 31 last amounted to £7,880,409. Unemployment benefits dropped in number from 4800 in January to 3993 in '-'el -uary, pay ments under this head showing a dr dine from £26,850 to £23,609. Sicknes benefits rose in number from 2374 ii January to 2704 in February, payment increasing from £17,031 to £20,193.
