LONDON, Nov. 18 “This war will not last half as long as the last ono and there will not be such massacres,’' was the prophesy made this week by Mr. Tom Campbell, of llolloway, London, tho man who last May said: “War in five months’ time. ” Tom has bocomo famous in Loudon as “The Man With the News-reel Mind” because, coupled with uncanny hypnotic healing ability he lias, he claims, strange powers of seeing into tho future. In frequent trances this Irish exlabourer says he sees as if on cinema screen, misty pictures of events that are yet to be. He “saw” the war, tho sinking of a British battleship (the Courageous), the liussiun advance into Poland and reliable witnesses vouch that he talked of these events long before they happened. He said this woolt: “Unrest in Germany, followed by an armed rising, will lead to the restoration of the monarchy. Peace will come soon after and Germany will bo divided into a series of of small states.” According to Tom, Hitler will be assassinated by a “ friend’’who at present is his trusted adviser. Goering, too, is not long for this world and will be shot. And Hitler’s end: “I saw him in conference,” said Tom. “There were seven or eight uniformed men seated around a table, but the only one I could identify was the Puhrer. Suddenly one of them drew a revolver and fired. Hitler collapsed.”
