Feilding Golf Club

CLOSING OF THE SEASON Tho Fcilding Golf Club closed its season on Saturday afternoon wnen some 70 members took part iu the mixed Canadian foursome competition. This resulted in a win for R. Blundell and Mrs. Blundell, 84 —11—73. The next best scores were: E. M. Hare and Mrs. Hare, S3 —9—74; J. Connell and Mrs. C. G. C. Dernier, 83—9—74; W. H. Smith and Mrs. Smith, 82 —7 —75. At the conclusion of the competition Mr. S. A. Gover, president, spoke of the success of the season and complimented the officers upon the efficiency of their work. Mrs. Gover then presented the trophies to the successful competitors.
