Amateur Cycling
INTER-HOUSE SPORTS MEETING At the SportPground this evening the Palmerston North A.A. and C. Club will hold three races . The cycle races will be run in conjunction with the interhouse sports and athletic events. The starting time is 7 p.m. and the distances half, one and three miles. The following are the handicaps— Half-mile and one mile: R. Loader, 15, scr; J. Allen, 25, 35; H. Stewart 25, 35; H. Essex, 35, 60; U. Donovan, Zo, 60; 13. Hail, 35, 80; M. McCardle,
45, 95; T. Briden, 55, 95; C. Fisher, 55, 95; G. Allen, 60, 115; It. Hobbs, 60, 115; O. Campbell, 75, 145; H. Rogers, 75, 145; W. Archer, 100, 200; O. Bridle, 100, 200. Other cyclists will be handicapped on the ground.
