Sunday Night Concert
BOHEMIAN CHOIR TO SING SING At tho Opera House to-morrow night there will be presented one of the most outstanding concerts that has delighted Palmerston North audiences for somo considerable time. Mr. H. Gladstone Hill, of Wellington, was courageous enough to tell the public of Palmerston North that the octagonal serpentine marching display which he staged at the Showgrounds, would thrill and delight the most candid critic ana tnere is no doubt that it is the unanimous decision of tho 10,000 people who witnessed this demonstration that never before has such a spectable been staged in Palmerston North. As conductor of the Bohemian Male Voice Choir, of Wellington,., Mr. Hill again assures the public of Palmerston North that to-morrow night’s concert will be equally entertaining and enjoyable and a perusal of the programme which appears in our advertising columns shows that the selection of items and artists warrants the confident note that he has struck. Tho Bohemian choir of forty voices will be heard in Palmerston North for the first time and this choir has thrilled Wellington audiences every time it has appeared. Supporting artists have been carefully selected and it is only necessary to mention such popular names as Miss Ena Rapley, Miss Leslie Hall, Bert Hickford and Ron Wakelln to assure patrons of the standard of this entertainment. That delightful pianist Mr. Eric Bell will act as official accompanist and also delight the audience with pianoforte solos and patrons are assured of two hours of delightful entertainment.
