The strengthening of Egypt * defences and her closer liaison with Turkey are evidenced In messages from Simla and Cairo. It is officially announced that certain troop movements which are to occur In India shortly are purely of a precautionary nature. It is understood that troops will be (irafted to Egypt, where accommodation is being constructed in the jwestern desert. It is announced too that Egypt and Turkey are exchanging military missions.
