Kusnctsoff, emphasised the strengthening of Russia’s Pacifie Fleet. He said there were over 100 large ships in the Pacific and that Russia would continue enlarging her fleet, as her restless Far Eastern neighbours needed a lesson to prove the Soviet’s strength.
