Feilding Ratepayers’ Poll
ON £6OOO ROADS LOAN PROPOSAL A poll of the ratepayers of Feilding is to be taken on August 17 next in connection with tlio proposal to borrow £6OOO for the purpose of road and footpath improvements. The municipal roll for the purpose of this poll will close on August 3, Monday next. In this connection although the poll is for “ratepayers,” it is not generally known, in the case of husband and wife, that a qualification possessed by either of them shall be deemed to be possessed by each of them. It would, therefore, be advisable for those concerned to ensure by inquiry at the borough office that tlieir names are included on the roll.
