It is semi-officially stated that Lord Kemsley is visiting Berlin at the invitation of the Reich Press Chief, Dr. Dietrich, to discuss an exchange of articles giving the respective British and German | viewpoints. , Lord Kemsley is one of the principal figures in the group of British newspapers under the control of the Berry family. These papers include the Sunday Times, Daily Sketch and Sunday Graphic. His brother is Lord Camrose, who controls the London Daily Telegraph. It was reported some weeks ago that Lord Camrose had suggested to the German Propaganda Department that British newspapers should publish a series of articles giving the German point of view, and that German newspapers should publish uncensored articles written from the British angle.
